Wise men don't say much

Isn't it amazing how sometimes hundreds of words are said without anything being transmitted, and then suddenly appears one word and everything makes sense. Wisdom is tremendously profound, yet so simple. An art that has to be learned.
Today I have read a nice saying which goes with that:

"The older I get, the more I listen to people who talk very little."

Struggle

Often I wonder why life is filled with so much struggle. Money, relationships, work, health, real problems, imaginery problems, living in the world - is constant struggle part of every day life, or do we chose to struggle? Fate vs Choice.
Whatever the answer, there is only one direction to find out...
